Responsibilities

• Administer meds, wound care, and monitor vitals
• Support daily living needs and mobility
• Document care accurately
• Report changes to supervising clinicians

Requirements

• California LVN license + CPR/BLS
• 2+ years clinical experience
• Ability to assist with transfers
• Compassionate and team-oriented
