Anchor Co-Living is hiring Recuperative Care Nurses (LVNs) to provide hands-on care in a non-acute, residential setting for individuals recovering from hospitalization. You'll support residents as they heal, regain stability, and transition to ongoing medical and housing services.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs
• Assist residents with daily living needs
• Document care accurately and on time
• Communicate changes in condition to supervising clinicians
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and clean care environment

Requirements

• Active California LVN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• 2+ years experience in direct patient care (SNF, home health, or similar)
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-focused
