The House Manager maintains safety, structure, and accountability while supporting residents in early recovery. Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily house operations and enforce program rules</li><li>Support residents, staff, and house leaders</li><li>Handle resident intakes, discharges, and move-outs</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal</li><li>Facilitate resident meetings and check-ins</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and leadership</li><li>Document resident activity using EHR software</li><li>Respond to urgent issues during on-call hours</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in alcohol and drug counseling</li><li>Background in sober living or behavioral health preferred</li><li>Strong leadership, boundary-setting, and communication skills</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Willingness to obtain SUDCC or CADC certification</li><li>Availability for some on-call/weekend coverage</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$25-$30 per hour</li></ul>Location &amp; Schedule<ul><li>On-site, Vacaville, CA 95688</li><li>Full-time</li></ul>
